The largest project undertaken by Madewell to date. The complete rebuilding of a heritage mansion and installation of a 5 star hotel. This complex build included ensuring acoustic and fire ratings met 2020 BCA in a building that originally was built in 1886. From heritage restoration through to Elevators and new construction to a 5 star level this project was both challenging and rewarding
