The Project was the installation of Ensuite bathrooms and structural changes to a heritage building all while the hotel continued to operate. Given the constraints of heritage and operationally the project was completed on budget and on time despite the difficult working conditions, The client was exceptionally happy with the results as they not only required to meet the BCA it needed to exceed standards as the use was in a high demand commercial environment.
